These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BrandPro PK website located at brandpropk.com (the "Site") and any services provided by BrandPro PK ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), located at 3423 Tree Top Lane, Philadelphia, PA 19108. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

BrandPro PK provides branding, packaging design, and related creative services. Specific services, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each project are outlined in individual project proposals and service agreements between the Company and the client.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use our Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, local, or international law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or any systems connected to the Site
• Use the Site to transmit any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
• Introduce any viruses, malware, or other technologically harmful material
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Site content without permission

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of BrandPro PK or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

For client projects: Upon full payment, clients receive the agreed-upon usage rights as specified in their project agreement. BrandPro PK retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Project Terms

The following general terms apply to all projects unless otherwise specified in a written agreement:

• Proposals: All proposals are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
• Payments: A 50% deposit is required to initiate any project. The remaining balance is due upon project completion
• Revisions: All packages include three rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are billed at our standard hourly rate
• Timeline: Timelines are estimates and may vary based on project scope and client responsiveness
• Cancellation: If a project is cancelled, deposits are non-refundable. Any work completed beyond the deposit amount will be billed

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BrandPro PK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Site or our services.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BrandPro PK and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Site and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. BrandPro PK makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Site's operation, availability, or the information, content, or materials included on the Site.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
